Meet Yaritza Villalba

Yaritza Villalba is the CEO and Founder of McKenzie’s Adventures LLC and the creator of STEM for Change, an initiative dedicated to expanding access to meaningful learning experiences for diverse students worldwide. An award‑winning educator with more than sixteen years of experience, she has served as a classroom teacher and administrator in New York and continues to shape global education as a Microsoft Global Training Partner.
Yaritza specializes in designing and implementing large‑scale, international PBL initiatives that span six continents and have reached over 20,000 students. Her work includes leading professional learning centered on access for all, AI integration, and project-based learning for educators across the world. A former Assistant Principal with the NYC DOE and host of Microsoft Flip’s global series #AskYaritza: Culturally Responsive Teaching, she also collaborates with schools and organizations globally to build innovative learning ecosystems.
A published children’s book author and global advocate for inclusive and responsible EdTech, Yaritza is committed to creating opportunities that spark critical thinking, agency, and meaningful conversations for learners everywhere.
